For Anaheim Business Service, the challenge was turning a necessary (but dreaded) annual task into something clients would remember, share, and even smile about.

You roll out the red carpet. For over 20 years, we’ve worked alongside Anaheim Business Service to reimagine tax season as something a little more theatrical. With custom-designed movie posters and cinematic appointment reminders disguised as movie stubs, we brought a playful energy to the serious business of personal and small business taxation. Every year, we staged a photoshoot with owner Mark McConnell in full character, parodying that year’s biggest blockbuster—turning his tax office into a box office hit.

The result? A bold, standout brand identity in a crowded market and clients who actually smile when it’s time to talk taxes.
